If you are bringing a new fish into an existing saltwater aquarium, you must make certain that the fish is compatible with other fish already living in the aquarium.  It isn’t enough that the new fish become acclimated to its new environment, everything already in the tank needs to be acclimated to the new fish.  A lack of compatibility can lead to both short and long term health issues for fish and invertebrates.  If you are unsure about compatibility issues with any fish, we’ll be happy to answer any questions.
